Online Retail Purchases:
Returns or exchanges of your online purchase can be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase. DO NOT RETURN any item until you receive a Return Authorization (RA) number from us. Please note that shipping fees are not refundable and ColorMetrics does not supply return postage.
This policy pertains only to purchases made from our website, www.ColorMetrics.com. If you purchased any of our products at a retail location or another online website, please contact that seller for their return policy.
