Holiday Schedule

ColorMetrics Shipping and Customer Service


Shipping Orders:

In order that our associates can enjoy and share the holidays with friends and family, ColorMetrics Shipping Department will have adjusted service over the U.S. Christmas and New Year's Holidays.

The following temporary schedule revisions include orders requesting Priority (2-3 day) Shipping.

  • Orders placed after 9 am Eastern/8 am Central Time Friday, December 21, and through Midnight Sunday, December 23, will ship on Monday, December 24.

  • Orders placed after 9 am Eastern/8 am Central Time Monday, December 24,, and continuing through Midnight Tuesday, December 25, will ship on Wednesday, December 26, 2018.

  • Orders placed after 9 am Eastern/8 am Central Time Friday, December 28, and through Midnight Sunday, December 30, will ship on Monday, December 31.

  • Orders placed after 9 am Eastern/8 am Central Time Monday, December 31,, and continuing through Midnight Tuesday, January 1, will ship on Wednesday, January 2, 2019.


  • Standard shipping takes 4 - 8 days via U.S. Mail
  • Expedited Shipping takes 2 - 3 days via U.S. Priority Mail
  • Please note that at this time we only ship to addresses in the United States and Canada. All shipments are sent via US Postal Service. Delivery to Canada may take up to 21 days from placement of order.


Customer Service:

  • There will be limited customer phone service between December 21, 2018 and January 1, 2019; however, customer service email will be monitored for urgent issues, and any phone messages will be answered within 24 hours.
