ColorMetrics Shipping and Customer Service

Shipping Orders:

Due to our annual full-warehouse inventory, orders made on the ColorMetrics website from Noon Eastern Time on Tuesday October 8, 2019 through Midnight Thursday, October 10, 2019 will not ship until Friday, October 11, 2019.

The Annual Inventory is a necessary task that helps us process your order with speed and accuracy. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

This temporary schedule includes both Priority (2-3 Day) and Standard Shipping orders requests.

  • Standard shipping takes 4 - 8 days via U.S. Mail
  • Expedited Shipping takes 2 - 3 days via U.S. Priority Mail
  • Please note that at this time we only ship to addresses in the United States and Canada. All shipments are sent via US Postal Service. Delivery to Canada may take up to 21 days from placement of order.

  • If you subscribe to Amazon Prime, you can obtain our products (with the exception of TouchBack Plus Shampoos and Conditioners) at www.Amazon.com/ColorMetrics.

  • Canadian Customers: If you are ordering the TouchBack PRO marker or the ColorMark PRO wand, they are now available for 2-day prime shipping at Amazon.ca.
